The Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith explains how a new guide for reports of abuse will help Bishops and Religious Superiors. Archbishop Morandi says the path of truth and justice must be pursued but that the wound of abuse will not be healed “without adequate formation” and “decisive prevention measures”.
