Pope Francis appoints Franciscan Sr. Raffaella Petrini as the new Secretary General of the Governorate of Vatican City State. He also appoints as Deputy Secretary-General Italian lawyer Giuseppe Puglisi-Alibrandi, head of the Governorate’s Legal Office.
