Two United Nations agencies call for the urgent disembarkation of nearly 400 refugees and migrants rescued by three ships in the Mediterranean. A joint statement issued by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organisation for Migration said it was a «humanitarian imperative to save lives».
